Unhappy Solved: Banned?!
I'm trying to change the email address for my account (due to the HIGH volumes of spam I'm receiving) and it keeps saying "The administrator has banned email addresses similar to yours. Please use a different email address."

And it says to contact the administrator and gives and email address. I did... and this is part of the email I got back,

"Hello ***********

Thank you for your recent email to Tech Support Guy. However, due to the incredible number of emails we receive, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REPLY."

So what was the point and what can I do?

I tried 2 different email addresses (both yahoo) and got the same message.

Help!

I dropped a link to this thread in the Moderators forum, hopefully someone can explain what the problem is.

It could be due to the use of a yahoo.com or hotmail.com address or similar. Since there are a dime a dozen, they may be reluctant to allow access to folks with those addresses.

Like I said, that is just a guess, hopefully someone smarter than me will be along to solve the problem.
