Request for Moderator or Guru
What is the proper way to request help?

I'm attempting to help a member in the Security forum. There is a HJT entry that I haven't seen before. To me, the log is otherwise clean, although it needs a Windows update.

This looks ripe for fixing, but I'd feel much better if another set of eyes has a look at it.
