How do you stop this site from sending you an email everytime someone reply's to a thread that you replyed to.

Go to user control panel, go under options and change the notification from instant to no e-mail notification.

Actually, you just need to change your default option to not subscribe to threads, you probably have it set to subscribe to threads. There are two settings in the UserCP under Edit Options:

Default Thread Subscription Mode

and

Default Thread Subscription Mode for the Random Forum

Set them both to: Do Not Subscribe
