Development / Web Development Subtitles
I'd like to suggest changing the description under the Development forum, as it was never modified after the new Web Development forum was made. JavaScript should definitely be taken out of Development and switched to Web Dev where it belongs. As it stands, programming threads are scattered throughout three different forums without a whole lot of organization.

These are the best descriptions I could come up with (just examples, of course Mike can write them however he sees fit.)

Development: For programmers of Visual Basic, C, C++, and other applications/system programming.

Web Development: Web site design, development, and programming. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.

I think it also needs to be decided whether PHP/Perl/ASP Questions would better fit under Development or Web Development. There are also quite a few programming threads in the "UNIX/Linux" forum, but maybe that's where they belong.

Just nitpicking, please let me know if no one else thinks it matters.
