Great new interface. Congrats! Easy to understand and use.

What most people forget is that the web and all its participants represent an incredible opportunity for all of us--it's just that the interfaces between us and "it" are always so obtuse, difficult and tedious to use. The Tech Support Guy represents a great concept: a system and a tool that takes ideal advantage of the medium. If all "dotcom" operations were half as good as this one, we'd have seen none of the debacle that's occurred in the financial market over the last year and a half. The lastest addition of paid technical support is the obvious "next step," in making this operation the very best it can be. The best of luck to all who've helped to develop it so far...

Well, stated. Mike is going a great job on the coding and server, and the users are helping each other. This is a great site.
