I don't know if Im posting this in the right place but I couldn't find a better place so here goes. I see that you offer live tech support for $9.95. Is that $9.95 per question, per hour, per day or what. I dont understand.

Clicking on the 24/7 link and then on More Info, it reads to me that it is a per session charge. No time limit, as many questions as you wish.
