I've probably caught a few posts without them being reported, but, I can tell you, it's very, very minimal. Even if I'm involved in a thread, I don't read every post. There are a few people here, I KNOW their opinion already, and when I see that they replied, I skip forward to the next post or the next thread, as I don't give a rats arse about their opinion anyway

I hope no one takes offense to that, but, I'm sure you understand what I mean.

I think there are quite a few regulars who should not be a Mod. With that being said... Candy? Karen? Mike? Are we going to have a voice in who's chosen?

Cant see how that will work....anyone who wants strong changes with vote for strict people. Anyone who wants few or no changes, will vote for people who they can emotionally manipulate or ones that are too timid to say too much to their friends.

Do you really want to do that to him ? I like him the way his is now, doing that may cause a severe personality change in his online personna!!! I would hate to lose him
