Solved: Problem posting reply to one topic
I am unable to post a reply on this topic:

http://forums.techguy.org/security/5...-programs.html

There is no "Quick Reply" link and the "Post a Reply" button pops up a page that says, "cwwozniak, you do not have permission to access this page. But, don't panic! This could be due to one of several reasons:" ....

Is the b in brackets in the subject line hosing the ability to post a quick reply?

I have been able to post a quick reply in another topic with no problem a few minutes earlier.

Ah, thank you for the explanation. The OP posted in another forum complaining about not getting an answer after 6 hours. I followed a link to an unanswered thread from their profile without looking at the name of the Forum.
