and those who give up their time to help those of us that really are clueless and completely need help dumbed down so it can be understood without being treated like a dummy.

I first used this site back in 2006 and "cookiegirl" and then "roll'in rog" spent days and hours helping me fix some major issues in my computer ..I was ready to use it for target practice ,but they never gave up on it or me...

they were so helpful,knowledgable...and very kind.

then today i had a camera video issue...and "Bonk" jumped in to help...again gave up lots of time and help and the problem was resolved....also with knowledge shared and so i could understand it.thanks again Bonk!

some amazing folks here that give up there own time to help solve so many issues...

so with appreciation and gratitude...thank ya'll for this site and some amazing folks....
