Solved: Deleting threads
hi,

there are some threads of mine which I would like deleted, can this be done

You can't delete theads but you can delete your posts if it's within 24 hours of posting and as long as it's not the first post in the thread. Otherwise, we don't delete threads as they may be helpful to others and deleting posts will disrupt the flow of a thread.

Why moderator can't do it for these people.... there are many solved post but people arent bothered to mark it solved.

That's why we're trying to encourage them to do it. Normally it's up to the original poster to declare their issue "solved".

A moderator can, but we don't want the added responsibility of deciding when it's solved. Nobody knows better than the original poster if the issue is resolved.
