EDIT: Just tried again on Server 5 with the link from this page and got a blank page. Not sure if this is related, when clicked the browser back button while on the blank page, this page loaded but without my post. When I reloaded this page, my post showed up but on Server 4.
When you click the back button, or even refresh the page, the server usually changes. That's the load balancing software picking the least loaded server at that instant. You were probably not on server 5 when it painted.

FYI, I just did some work on the Unanswered Posts links. Let me know if you continue to have problems.

I sent 2-3 (can't remember just how many) messages that I am unable to access the new posts. When I click on it it shows the alert that have to try again in anything from 17-20 seconds...Can not get beyond that page. If I just go to the forums line I can access individual forums, but I prefer using the new posts one.. have been on servers 3,4,5,6 at diffferent times. Wonder, am I being blocked if so why.

We're still actively working on the search function, so you can expect some strange results at least through tonight.

Dare I ask? Should we be worried?

The Unanswered Threads link is returning seemingly random results, but the threads definitely aren't unanswered. Some have hundreds of replies. There doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason to the results.

Just tried it and got this at the top of the listing:

Showing results 1 to 50 of 496
Search took 1,210,280,000.05 seconds

That works out to about 38 YEARS!
The listing only showed two threads with zero replies.

A little bit of fine tuning still needed?

Hmm... I got the same results this time, threads with thousands of replies were there. I suspect that's part of the search function Mike's working on.
