I did not SEE the large print and I did not have a look at ALL the drop downs.

Yep, it appears to put a : on it the second time, which confuses the code looking for the "Solved".

Are you talking about this thread? I only see the "Solved:" once... and then the "Solved and Mark all read" which is the title that the user typed in.
