I got this when I clicked on my subscribed threads under quick links:

Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: Unable to save result set in [path]/includes/class_core.php on line 408

Warning: fopen(error.ini) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in [path]/error.php on line 60
Error: Unable to open file error.ini with write access.

im also had the below problem on accesing the database using vbulletin board
