When ever I click on new posts, I get the normal drop down
then I click on excluding discussions

I get the message

Quote:
This forum requires that you wait 20 seconds between searches. Please try again in 20 seconds.
this happens I think every time

when I wait 20secs -and click again, often it will display the same message, and I wait another 20secs

i have waited 5 times before getting a list of new posts

this has only been a problem since the upgrade

any advice

I'm on XP, IE7
