Question Marks
Not to be evil, but the only thing I can't stand since the upgrade is the question marks next to usernames without avatars. I go by the avatar for the user frequently, and if they are all the same, they look like the same user and I get confused.

Without an avatar, I just look at the username.

It just seems to me like one of those "X" boxes over a graphic that can't load on a website. I dunno, maybe I'm being nitpicky, but I just don't like seeing that "universal" avatar next to so many names. Anyone in agreement with me?

Well, a user can easily change it to either a pre-defined avatar, or a custom avatar of there choice. I don't think it causes any confusion personally, and you can still just look at the username.

Took a while to find one, but I guess I don't see the issue.
