By all means move it.
I thought this was a simple request/thread but it has gotten a bit more complicated than I expected
A simple yes we can add a peace symbol or no we can't add one to the smiley options was all I wanted to know.

I wouldn't get my hopes up. Even the so-called "peace" symbol is controversial. Remember that it was also called "the foot-print of the American chicken".

Allowing one such symbol would open the flood-gates. Just buy a smiley program and use your own smilies.
