I have had it happen on occasion with Opera 10beta, but never with Firefox version 3.0 nor 3.5.

With Opera, I click refresh once and it is cured.

FWIW, I've recently had to refresh occasionally on TSG to get a full page load. I've tested the connection and it's 5x5, and it's only TSG that this happens on. I don't see it today, but last week...

page loading is intermittent. Also it does not seem to have anything to do with
what browser we use or
what operating system, even
what kind of ISP we have. I think I am the only one on dial-up, so I DO know pages come slower than when I am at someone else's house.
I am on the Internet, with dial-up since 1992 so I learned a few things, but this one is really puzzling.

It seems to have started when the signature restrictions changes were announced a few weeks back.
Also not everyone reads all sections, to let us know if there are more people and I didn't know where else to post this question, because I think it has to do with Site Coimments.

I get slow page loads but never a partial load when it finally does decide to display the page. It's like it's struggling and then "poof", it loads.

This is with IE6.
