Having Search Problems with Internal server errors
When I have search for some threads recently on servers 2 & 5, I get the following msg:
An internal server error occurred. Please try again later.

When I issue Search again, it most always hits, but not always.

What's going on, i.e. is anyone looking at this problem - e.g. what internal server error is being reported, etc..?

I'm experiencing this as well. I'm seeing this while trying to search the Windows Vista & 7 forum.

Peace...

Mike is aware of this problem. The search feature doesn't work well with a site this size and he is looking into other alternatives.

We're waiting for a new product to be released that will help with this issue -- it's an expensive solution, but looks very promising. I'll let you know as soon as it becomes available -- we'll probably jump on it immediately!

In the mean time, I've just finished some work that may help things... or make them worse. We'll see.

I get an occasional internal server error while making a post or doing an edit...sometimes when just cruising the threads.
Was bad last night for a brief spell while posting{doing upgrades?}
Today however I get the same error on occasion......its low maybe 1 or 2 percent.
Hope this helps
