Weird New Thread Submit problem
Twice today, once upon submiting a new thread in the Web Development forum, and once in Random, I got a response similar to one would get when downloading a .pdf file while attempting to Submit a New Thread with the following message window displayed output:
Opening newthread.php

You have chosen to open

newthread.php
which is a: PHP file
from: http://forums.techguy.org

What should Firefox do with this file?
- Open with (Browse button)
- DownThemAll!
- dta OneClick!
- FlashGot
- Save File

Cancel Box

Note: I used the '-' character above to represent a selection alternative

Huh?

Luckily, I was able to Cancel each and re-Submit the new thread.

I honestly don't know whether this is a Firefox problem, or a Submit New Thread problem, but the interaction, to say the least is squirrely IMHO.

Very strange! It sounds like one of the servers is sending that PHP file out incorrectly. Before you hit Submit in the future, take note of which server you're on (at the bottom left) and let me know. I'll try to do some testing in the mean time. Thanks!
