I can get to this site just fine, and open a thread, but when I try to "go back" to go to another thread the machine refuses to go back.
To get to another thread I have to exit TSG, come back to TSG and then go to another thread. I am not having any problems at any other site other than TSG.
I'm running XP Pro with IE 7, and I am on server 5.

I just restarted explorer and that seemed to fix the problem.
Don't know what server I was on though. | | Distinguished Member with 8,882 posts. | | Join Date: Jul 2005 Location: Southeast US Experience: OEM Builder and Repair | | | | | Moderator with 96,746 posts. | | Join Date: Oct 2002 Location: South Eastern PA, USA Experience: Advanced age & experience | | I don't have the problem, but I operate in a different manner anyway.
I have the extra button on the side of my mouse programmed to close a tab using Ctrl-W, and when I go to view/reply to a thread, I hold the Ctrl when I click the link and open a new tab. When I'm done, I just press the button on the side of the mouse to close that tab and I'm back to the forum index. Speeds the transitions.

Ummm - that's speedy? I took me 10 minutes to read it and try to make sense of it and then realize I don't have that capability at work. I'm exhausted, thanks a bunch! | | Moderator with 96,746 posts. | | Join Date: Oct 2002 Location: South Eastern PA, USA Experience: Advanced age & experience | | Quote:

<ducks and runs for cover!> | Well!
I can't decide if you're trying NOT to be complimentary - I'll let you know in a bit. And not so much a slow reader as a deliberate one. Don't want to miss anything.
And by the way,
you can run, but you can't hide
