I used my real name in my current user name. Can I change it?

I tried to do a search for "Change User Name" but I keep getting the window indicating "The website cannot display the page".

(Not sure this is the right place for this question.)

Use the 'report' button in the lower right of your post and bring it to the attention of an administrator...They're the only ones who can change your name..
