When I try to login it tells me the that I am registered. Then when i try to post it brings me back to the login site and tells me I am not registered.
I can try this 4 -5 times and get the same results.
It says hello and welcomes me until I try post then it tells me I need to register.
What am I doing wrong?

Kept signing in, then back out to explorer and back in. It finally accepted login.

Do you have cookies enabled?

Yes to 1st cookie option and no to browser cookie option. I changed that to yes to see if makes a difference.
