Looks like a simple path problem. If you want to make it easy put the full path to the include file. Using the .. is making the page look for the include in the root/database/ directory. Try one dot or no dots.

thanks for trying but that didn't work......i tried writing the path about 20 different ways and everytime it either tells me i can't write it like that or the file doesn't exist and i know darn well it does! i even scrapped it all and started over to make sure everything was done as per the instructions and still nothing! but thanks for trying!

Is there any way I can get access to the script and code? I couldn't get to the link above and there was no error.

This not so much a quick reply as a plea for help.
I get the same error,'ASP 0131' when trying to send an email to an address I have no control over.
You know the sort 'Please email us for further info' type of thing. So I filled in my data and clicked 'Send' and up came the message ASP 0131. It was the same as lleighs about having part of the path contained in single quotes, ie '....' . As I have no idea what the path is what can i do?
I note the original problem occurred in 2003 and it's now 2008.
