frames and scrollbars
hi,

lately ive come to the conclusion that whenever i use frames
or an inlineframe apparently the attributes for scrollbar
dont have any effect.

yet it does work an a page that does not have any frames involved

does anyone know what could cause this conflict?!

If your using the attributes on the index page... that is wrong... the code goes on each of the frame pages.

Hope this helps.

I don't see anything about scrollbars in that code except the color/style of them.

hehe i finally found it.

i pasted my code piece per piece into a new html document
and i came to the conclusion that its the doctype declaration thats been causing for the fact that the defined colors didnt show up strange though even seen other use the same one and they didnt have any problems with it
