Question Web Page error (Syntax error)
I just re-wrote (HTML) my new webpage for our new baby. I had a bunch of large photos, but that took too long to load, so I re-wrote it so I would have thumbnails that would open a new window when clicked to view a large picture.
Now I noticed an error notification when the page loads. Here is a pic of the error....

I have seen this before on other web sites, but now that it is on my page I would like to correct it. The page seems to load fine, and I do not see any errors, but just what exactly does it mean?

oo i knew that
It looks like a javascript error, and the only scripts in the page are those inserted automatically by geocities. Maybe its an error in those?

ok.... cool ... I just noticed that it does say this (view source) .....
(With < and > replaced with { } )

{!--FOOT--}{!-- text below generated by server. PLEASE REMOVE --}{/object}{/layer}{/div}{/span}{/style}{/noscript}{/table}{/script}{/applet}
{script language="JavaScript"}var PUpage="76001068"; var PUprop="geocities"; blah....blah....blah.........etc...

I'll remove it and see if that fixes it.

nevermind .... oops! Thst shows up when you view source ... it is not really in my HTML code ... it is added by geocities ..( I guess that is why it says please remove... b/c it is not really part of my HTML code.) I can't even see it when I go in and edit my HTML code.

OK ..... I did notice that i did not put {/font} (substitute {} with < > ) before changing to a new font size. I corrected it and now the error is gone. Think that was it? Hummm odd!? Here is the HTML text:

{font size="6"}{font color="black"}
{p}{br}
{IMG SRC="gerberbaby.jpg" border="0"}
{p}{a}{d}
Announcing the arrival of ISABELA CRISTINA WOLFE! ! ! !
{p}{a}{d}
{/font} <-------- THAT IS THE /FONT I ADDED
{font size="4"}{font color="black"}

I guess that did it
