I want to put a form liek thing on my website, example...name...email....why you want to join the club...etc...and I want it emailed to me

The form is the easy part, you also need some sort of scripting to handle the processing of the form as well as send the email based on the form content. For your site it would probably have to be a CGI script if they even let you do that on angelfire.

Create the form in HTML.
Set the form tag to:
<FORM ACTION="/cgi-bin/script_library/form_handler_mail" METHOD=POST>
Use a hidden form field to specify your email addy
<INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="email_to" VALUE="username@somewhere.com">
and another hidden field to specify where they will be redirected after submitting the form
<INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="end_display" VALUE="http://www.YOURLINK.com">

I guess angelfire has a script library available for free and they probably have a pre-made form already set up for you. They also have a free blog you can add to your pages.
