Does anyone know of a good website with FREE web-page templates
for FRONTPAGE?

Does it have to be templates specifically for Frontpage? The Google Directory lists lots of web templates which - although they are designed for you to hand code - will probably open in your chosen WYSIWYG editor.

Here is a place that offers tons of HTML web templates. I would imagine you could open them in FrontPage although some items may not work correctly or display correctly in that program. You can also check out this site to get emails that offer free templates for FrontPage when they become available.
