I am developing a vb .net application that integrates with another application. The 3rd party app uses version 1.0 of the .net framework. On my pc I have both version 1.0 and 1.1 of the framework. It looks as though my application (dll) is benig compiled using 1.1 as it does not work in the 3rd party app. If I compile my app on a different pc with only the version 1.0 of the framework the my app works.
How can I compile my app and tell it to use the version 1.0 of the framework. I cannot use the .config file as my app is a dll not an .exe.
