Well, like the rest I say ditch the intro page. I really hate those.

Second on the main page the menu rollovers turn the text to white...with the white background the text just turns unreadable.

Under the header image you have a spacer image that cannot be found:

None of the images on the right seem to line up. everything sticks out various lengths. This is in Firebird so I imagine you should also see this in Mozilla. For instance the top set of links sticks out to the right farther than the second set.

I really think you should look at modifying the forums a bit to try to create a site that flows nicely and seems to all be part of the same site. The forums right now seem like an entirely different site because of the different colors and such.

I have to ditto the others
The intro page is just annoying and serves no information or purpose to the site.
If you just have to keep it, make it much smaller and have at least something to indicate what your site is about.

What are these forums for? Whats the purpose?: Just to have a place to ask for help, discuss opinions or topics on anything from politics, computers, technology, music, movies, video games, card games, sports or anything else you want to discuss. These forums are open to anyone who wants to join, all we expect is to respect others and have a good time.


That should be obvious when you enter the site.
Or is that not the intention of your site (forum)? It is hard to tell.
I couldn't find any posts so I checked the members area. Even though it says x# of posts, the link said none found.

I am not a fan of your colour choice (are dreary and look "suspicious"); layout is inconsistent and noisy (hard to find what you want at first glance);

All in all I found it a very hard site to read and stay interested in.

I hope this is what you are looking for and are pleased with the critique so far.
Even though I did not type a positve review, please know that any/all negative comments are there because we care.
Keep up the good work, you have some obvious talents hidden away in there!

Thank you for the compliments and the constructive critique. I'm still learning exactly how to go about building a site, making it interesting ect. I don't really feel the need to give the site a specific purpose, just a place to get info and share info. But again thank you all for your input!
