Absolute Text Sizes

The menubar I've made requires that text be below a certain size, but as of currently, if you increase text size in your browser, you can stretch the text out of what the layout describes. See http://admin.iamnafets.com/?template=neo for an example. In IE hold control down, and scroll up and down to see what's going on. So my question is: Is there a way to set font sizes that are independent of the user's selection in text size without using images? and: If so, how?

Problem solved, used some CSS.
