i am just trying to create a nice animated bannar for a wesite .
what is the best program will do that for me with ease

Check out Ulead's site. They make some cool progs that will do that, and you can download a 30 free trial versio (at least you could).
Then you can decide if it's worth buying, but meawhile you have your banner!

Well if you have Adobe ImageReady you can make some nice animated banners with that.

If you want a simple GIF making utility, I have one. The zip file is 271kb so I can even mail it to you. Leave your email address in a private message if you want it.

It will let you make some animated banners, etc.
