Hi guyz,

This is my first post in the forum and i badly need ur helps in this subject


I have been asked to design a program that will copy all the information that is displayed in the Reflection System and save these information into a dat file,then this dat file i will use it in the Autodialer program to dial customer before line disconnection.

thus, i couldnt find an easy way to capture all these data and download it into a C drive in order to import it later on and start the autodailer.

Need a little more on 411 on the program Reflection and the language you intend to use to interface with it.

Well i am not a programmer actually, but i am planning to use Visual Basic, do u have any suggestion of programs that will help me out in this situation......

i am completely confused and my boss is giving me a hard time,i work mostly with database and hardware......

Reflection is a software that we need for entering customer information and getting online bills, it includes different services like mobile,ADSL,dial up........

Web dialers are kind of fading away, especially with the use of broadband. Are all your users going to have a phone line connected? Other wise I would look into connecting to a website or somthing like that.
