When webmaster makes page like messages board how does he set the
page to auto-refresh..Is it some script or some thing in the HTML

Windows Boot Loader does load Windows. And XHTML is the same language as HTML, it is applied (written) in the format of XML.

I know when I was at the fire Dispatch building they hand a computer that auto-refresh the CAD program don't know how it works .But idea is when 911 call comes in the call taker types in CAD program and it updates all other computer on the network .The fire dispatchert can sees the call on the computer than dispach the call. The CAD program also updates the call from the time its dispatch to the time the call is over..

If you see call on computer screen it auto-refresh all time ..


I also know that webmasters makes pages and messages board that auto-refresh that way you don't have to refresh to see if the pages or messages board some think new is added..

Note not all webmasters do this..The idea is it only auto-refresh when some think new is added..
