Ok, i need some new HTML tools, maybe a banner maker, new FREE, and GOOD paint editor since, i don't have any cash i want to spend right now, maybe a FREE flash maker. A New HTML editor would be very nice too. Thankz.

1st page 200 from http://www.evrsoft.com is quite good and is free. So I agree with etaf here.

You will have to search thru google to find some readymade free flash files.
