Talking Visual Studio version differences
I have Visual Studio .NET 2003. I want to work on a project that has been being developed using an older version of VS.NET. Will there be problems with regard to version compatibility? Are there any special steps I need to take to ensure both of us can work on the project with our respective copies of VS.NET?

Thanks,

B

Visual Studio .NET 2003 will prompt you to update/convert your existing project to the .NET Framework 1.1. Visual Studio .NET 2002 can only write code for the 1.0 Framework. You'll have to come to some sort of agreement on which framework to code against (2002 = 1.0 or 2003 = 1.1) unfortunately.
