HTML Problem: Tables/Frames
Ok, Im pretty new to html, and Ive been doing my site but I have this image:

http://img34.photobucket.com/albums/...oundborder.jpg

I want to I guess have that as the backround, and have text over it... problem is I dont know how to go about doin that.

Ive sliced it and turned it into a table, but I dont know what to do from there as far as putting text over it and such.

Thanks! limester

in the <body> tag put background=imagename.jpg. In the same tag, you can also put bgproperties=fixed to prevent image scrolling along with text. This will give effect of layers. Try it out.

Question Try Dreamweaver/Frontpage
It's best to get involved with Dreamweaver as soon as possible and if you don't feel comfortable with that try Frontpage. Backgrounds are simple to implement as a background within a table or as a backdrop to the whole page using either of these products and there are much more advanced features as your skills get better.
