Making a submit type box on my web page
I have an informational/news community web page. i am
looking to place a 'submit now' type box.

in other words, a user could type something and click a submit
box.

i copied the following from a web page,the ########## is
something i placed to protect the privacy of the web page
i took this off of:

<FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="###########">
SEND NEWS TIPS <BR><BR><br>
<textarea name="body" rows="10" cols=22></textarea><br>
<input type="submit" name="Send" value="SUBMIT">
</FORM>

It won't work unless you have something on your web site to process the form and put the information somewhere or do something else with it. You need some server side scripting like ASP, PHP, CGI to process the form elements.
