DOS - Admin. Services Messenger
I know in order to receive alert from other computer on the same netowrk needed Messenger Services to turn on.

I am not sure this is the full path or not (from Messenger Services's Properties)
C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs

SO I try run C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
It does not started the services for me or turned off for me.
Is there any way I can turn on and off using MS-DOS command line?

Thank you..

Redirect the output to a text file and then delete the text file.

Code:
net stop messenger > stop.txt
del stop.txt
