Sql Select Statement
I am trying to retrieve a set of records from 1 to 200 then when i come back i want to be able to modify that statement to get 201 through 400. I do not know the correct coding. Please Help!! thank you in advance

well it depends on the database.

If you are using mysql
PHP Code:
select from tablename limit 0200
select 
from tablename limit 200,400
... 
In sql server it's alot tricker
PHP Code:
For the first 200
SELECT TOP 200 
FROM MyTable

For the next 200...
SELECT FROM (
SELECT TOP 200 FROM
(SELECT TOP 400 FROM MyTable ORDER BY SortCola1
ORDER BY SortCol DESC
a2 ORDER BY SortCol

and for the next 200
SELECT 
FROM (
SELECT TOP 200 FROM
(SELECT TOP 600 FROM MyTable ORDER BY SortCola1
ORDER BY SortCol DESC
a2 ORDER BY SortCol
