MySQL question
What does it mean when hosts say you get a certain number of MySQL Database?, like in their plan features list.

What is the difference of having one or more MySQL databases? Like in this feature list where it says MySQL Databases then 1.

It means they give you one data base. You can create many different tables within that database but they only give you one actual database.

for mosts sites one mysql database is not a great limitation. I have one I have mambo/phpbb/and vwar all installed on which is about 70 tables worth of stuff all in one database.

At work I have my own mysql server so I create a database for each project. basically when you're working with on database you can't see the tables in another. It helps if you have tables that have to have the same name for some reason, but really it shouldn't be a bother to a standard site.
