tables
I have a table with several rows and columns. I want to be able to pick and chose which lines I want to have a border. Is that possible?

For example if I have a table with 5 rows and 3 columns could I just make 2 inside lines have a border and the rest not?

You can use CSS to accomplish this. Create a class for whatever color you want the cells to be and assign it to the TD tag you want to be colored.

<style type="text/css">
<!--
.tblBorderg {
border: 1px solid #00FF99;
}
-->
</style>

Also, you can set everything with css. (view in a browser besides IE so you can actually see what it's supposed to look like).

[table]
border-spacing means cellspacing
border means border for the table only(not the cells)
margin: 0px auto means align="center"

[td]
vertical-align means valign
border means border for cell only
padding means cellpadding
