Solved: 3D Graphics and Game Design
I was thinking about trying to learn about 3D Graphic and Game design...I have found many resources, but no software that can be used to do such (freeware, anyhow). I have seen programs such as Maya 6.0 for this kind of project, but I cannot afford something such as that. I have tried many a Google search for this, but I have found nothing. Is there any program that can be used for this type of project that is possibly under the GNU License?

Thanks for any advice given.

Take care.

Gee thanx for that one GrandMasterK.

If you can get your hands on the software though, a good place to start is cinema4d and even play around with adobe after effects.

Another thing, I have 512mb RAM, and my machine sometimes struggles, even though i have 3.2ghz cpu with ht. So go for more..

Thank you very much!

I think that this software was exactly what I was looking for. It is going to take me a very long time to get used to this, since I am a beginner, but I am definitely willing to take as much time as I need; also, the site is full fo tutorials.

Thanks again!! Made my day, and my Uncle is also excited about this software. Neither of us had come across it.

Thanks again!!
