urgent..pls help..thankx
[visual basic 6.0]anyone know of any way i can store specific charracters entered by the user inside a textbox to any memory loacations or what so that i can use them for later use..example the user keyed in A F H K..how do i capture them indivisually..thankx..can someone show me the code..

You are going to have to explain yourself a little more. Do you want a global Keyboard Hook? Check into SetWindowsHookEx in MSDN. Just copy this:
SetWindowsHookEx
and paste it in the google search engine and msdn is usually the first link.
You want KeyboardProc.

You can use the textbox KeyPress event to capture the key the user pressed. Store that in a variable and use it however you want.
