what is "convert PSD mockups into working HTML/CSS pages" any examples?

My guess is that they are referring to .psd files, which are native files of Photoshop, including their layers and all that. I assume they mean that you would take a "mockup" photoshop file and make a web page out of it.

Slice up the page and do a "Save for Web"

Export in slices and html
