Hey guys...
I have come back for helping solving a new problem =/

Is there a way to call the shell command in windows to create a shortcut manually? Or is there a command line based tool that would allow this?

I am not quite sure what you mean. Could your clarify this or explain a little better what you want to do.

Are you just trying to open the CMD prompt.

start > run > cmd

No. I need to be able to make shortcuts dynamically. Like using a command line program possibly or the windows shell to make a shortcut to a defined filepath.
