Wscript and .js files
I created a script to install a progam automatically by using "SendKeys". The problem I am running into is that whenever the program is executed, Windows comes up with the "Security dialog" when I have to press either Run or Cancel. I have tried switching to that window (AppActivate), and that part works fine, but when I SendKey an "r" for Run, nothing happens. If I manually hit R, the rest of the script runs fine.

Any ideas how to get past that point?

Also, does anyone know if .JS files can be executed via group policies, or is that just reserved for MSI files?

Thanks in advance!

OK, I've ported this script over to a .VBS format, but still get the same issue. The "Open File - Security Warning" window pops up, asking for a click on either Run or Cancel. I can click Run and the script runs fine, or I can click Cancel and the script exits with an error message that the script is cancelled (which is fine), but I am trying to get the script to "SendKeys" to this window to automatically "click" Run.

Can this be done, or do I have to do a WScript.Echo "Click Run on the next window" to have the user manually click Run?
