This really doesn't belong in development ,but Filezilla is a good one and it is free.

I always liked SmartFTP on Windows but it was a very old version I used. If your only going to upload a small amount of files use the built in FTP support in MS command line.

WS_FTP Pro is my favorite but it's not free.

FlashFXP is my favourite
SmartFTP is decent
FileZilla
Also theres a FTP plugin for firefox called FireFTP
