I know its a matter of opinion, but in your opinion what is the best C++ IDE w/ compiler? I don't care if it costs money, but if it does, I would like it to have a free trial. What do you think?

You may have a try with Code::Blocks Studio. There's a third party plugin (wxSmith) to develop GUI.
