Batch file issue
Hi everybody,

So my boss wants me to make a batch file for a pretty specific purpose.

When I right click on a certain type of file (AC file), a new option should show up called "Move To" (This part can be set up in Folder Options). Clicking on this will trigger the batch file to run which will move the AC file to a location chosen by me (probably using a common dialog box) then will also create a folder in the AC file's original location and copy the AC file there as well, along with a note saying who moved it.

This is a way for users to "sign out" various AC files.

Anyways, I have pretty much no idea how to interface these things together (I don't even know what to google). Any direction would be great but I guess my main issue is somehow passing the original location of the AC file onto the batch file. After that I could probably write the batch file with vb.

Thanks!
