Question Using Visual Basic to create a Windows Form
I'm trying to create a program using Visual Basic 2008 and well it's been like 3 years since i've actually used VB in college. I'm looking through my old book but am unable to find my answer. I know that it's pretty simple but I just can't remember. I just want to know how I code a button to open another form on top of the main program's form. Do you know what I mean?

Thanks

VB2008 became object-oriented, so you should buy new books. :P

Drag a button to the designer. Switch to code view or double-click on the button. In code view select the button from the upper-left combo box, and select the Click event from the upper-right combobox. Now you can write your event handler.

You have to create another form and design it. Go to the event handler you've just created and create a new object from the form you want to show or reference it buy name. I can't remeber well and I can't try it out right now. Call the form.Show() or form.ShowDialog() method to set the form visible.
